Meet Kyle

International Fitness Presenter, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

Have you ever felt like you weren't enough, tired and turned to food and drink over exercise?

ME TOO!

Having once been 125kg I was unmotivated, overweight and addicted to an unhealthy lifestyle.

Fast-forward 10 years, 40kg lighter and having coached 1000’s of people I am passionate, driven and inspired to create positive change in you so that you can live the life you deserve.

Focusing on the triad approach - fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

I have presented fitness on the international stage.

Having represented Les Mills Asia Pacific on the masterclass filming of Bodyattack and RPM over in New Zealand. 

Two globally recognised fitness programs essential for the development of over 20,000 instructors.

I also regularly speaks across Australia to his peers about mindset and nutrition.

Kyle has taught Group Fitness for over 12 years and was invited to be on the Educational and instructional masterclass for Les Mills RPM and Les Mills Bodyattack. An educational video used to develop over 20,000 instructors globally.

Fitness and Nutrition Coach

Kyle has coached 1000's of people including Lee Naylor who raced in the 400m and 4x400m for Australia in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. She also won Commonwealth games gold.
