Kyle is an international fitness presenter, Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. Having instructed on the Les Mills Masterclass for Bodyattack and RPM. Kyle has lost over 45kgs and understands the habits and mindset it takes to create lasting change.
Yoga has always been the easiest way Alysha has found to connect with the deep place within that’s not impacted by the challenges and concerns in life.
Alysha’s classes fuse together breath, strong flow and safe movement all designed to help people out of their busy minds and into a place of balance, calm and self-love. Her earlier years as a ballerina and her love of dance inspire both her Yoga and Booty Barre classes accessible for all fitness levels.

Joshua is a Physiotherapist with 15+ years of experience in clinical practice, and the health & wellness industries.
After a career in performing arts and aerobics gymnastics which saw him represent Indonesia internationally, Joshua took his passion for sport and movements in another direction, becoming a Physiotherapist at the elite level, with career highlights including his work with the Indonesian Sports Commission and Fed Cup team.
Joshua is a strong advocate of using the principles of stretch, strength and stability to manage and prevent musculoskeletal injuries. He is also a strong believer in making fitness and healthy lifestyle fun and accessible!

I struggled with weight my entire life, it's been like a rollercoaster, I've lost 27kg! I'm not feeling the need to workout tirelessly for hours each day and I'm still seeing results.
With a busy work life, I was looking for the flexibility to do my exercise anywhere, with all the workouts under 30 minutes I know I can do something every day.
The workouts are 30 minutes a day which is easy to accomplish before the kids wake up or during nap time. I'm easily doing workouts 5-6 times a week without running myself into the ground.
