Step 1 Movement
We believe movement is key when it comes to health and longevity which Is why each employee will have access to our online workout programs customised for all levels of fitness.
Our workouts are under 30 minutes each day, making it easy for people to priorities their health and keep fit.
Our workouts have been designed to be completed either at home or in the gym.
Minimal equipment is needed, and as part of our offering, we include 6x fabric resistance bands for maximum benefits from our workouts.

Our workouts are coached by world-class instructors ensuring your team are continually engaged and motivated to stay active. Every 4 weeks we release a new program of workouts to ensure maximum benefits and results.
All the workouts will be accessible in the members' area to access anytime, anywhere.
Step 2 Meals
When it comes to ultimate health and wellbeing, nutrition is key.
Upon joining all employees will gain access to nutrition training educating them on the importance of eating balanced meals, for long term health.
Every fortnight we release easy nutrition habits to practice to ensure all members thrive from the inside out, creating long-lasting change.
We also have delicious recipe ideas with full cooking instructions, nutritional breakdown and ingredients to make mealtimes easy and enjoyable for them and their family.
Step 3 Mindset
Movement and meals are crucial for health and fitness, however, mindset is key for a healthy and happy life.
We include a library of meditations in our membership. Your team will have access to a variety of meditations including;

- Manifestation and visualisation meditations
- Gratitude meditations
- Stress-reducing meditations
- Breathing meditations
