Ep120 It's OK not to be OK

Firstly I have to apologise. Honest is one of my highest values, and I'm sorry for not putting out a Monday Morning Mindset Motivation this AM.

 

 I woke up, and I was feeling great completing my morning routine.

 

However, during my walk this morning, I just felt off. The more people I started walking past, the more I felt this low vibration of energy.

 

Having just been in lockdown for the last week, I could feel the stress and sadness coming off people.

 

And I began to feel overwhelmed.

 

It would have been hypocritical of me to record a motivational podcast this morning when I didn't feel it.

 

However, after sitting with my feelings and emotions, I wanted to show up for you all today and let you know that it's ok not to be ok and some proactive steps I took to ensure my emotions weren't low for the entire day.
